Some artists he’s worked for or with include Brian Wilson (Beach Boys), Rick Nielsen (Cheap Trick), Steven Adler (GNR), Ginger Baker (Cream), John Panozzo and Todd Sucherman (Styx), Tower Of Power Horns, Jim Keltner (Traveling Wilburies), Lee Sklar (Phil Collins) and more.
His all-natural “Totally Chipotle®” Bloody Mary Mix was voted #1 by the Chicago Tribune, besting national brands like Mr. and Mrs Ts, among others.
Our Services
The Chef is also a professional pumpkin carver; As a big fan of America’s 2nd-largest holiday, he created The “Halloween Carving Kit” for X-Acto.
The Chef’s “Pumpkin Patch” is a perennial Halloween favorite, featuring originals and new arrangements of Halloween classics like “Don’t Fear The Reaper,” “Black Magic Woman,” “Ghost Riders In The Sky” and more.
